I'm sure all of you have missed my daily emails... well, maybe not....
I know while I was away that the market did its normal thing, wild gyrations in both directions.
The housing market is in the tank, at least in FL where I saw plenty of foreclosures upon my return. I will be sending you one of the best articles I have read in regard to what brought this whole mess upon us. It will obviously take some time for all of this to bottom out and hopefully afterward, everyone will have learned from this very painful lesson and become more responsible. We can only hope.
Now with Xmas only a day away, let me wish you a very Merry Xmas, Happy Chanukah, Season's Greetings, Happy Holidays, a Happy Kwanza and excuse me if I misspelled anything or forgot about dozens of other greetings.
I look forward to what next year will bring, but most importantly, good health, because no amount of money can take the place of that.
