So what's in this for YOU???

Income, income, income!!!  There is a wealth of information on this web site. To get to the bottom line, let me summarize what you will find here; so if you decide this is not for you, you need go no further.

If you are exploring this web site, it’s most likely that you heard it mentioned on Mike Kavanagh’s, “Money Matters” program on WSB AM Radio 750 in Atlanta, Ga. Mike has been a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) for over 20 years. As a listener to Mike’s Sunday morning program, you know that he has one of the longest running, if not the longest running financial talk program on national radio (17 years). His reputation for concise, objective, no-nonsense advice is well known and his thousands of listeners have benefited greatly from his approach to investing.

I also benefited greatly and had the good fortune to meet with Mike in his office a number of years ago.  The outcome - he became my financial adviser.

So why listen to me and how will you benefit by it?

In the downdraft of our stock markets in 2000-2001, I along with many investors suffered a significant financial loss and no, I'm not proud of it.  But I came to the realization that I could no longer throw my hard-earned money into any stock and expect to see it double or triple overnight. Besides losing my entire investment in companies such as Worldcom, Global Crossing and several others, I also found that solid blue-chip companies such as General Electric and Home Depot saw their share prices drop in half or more. As I was retired at the time, although not at retirement age, I knew it was time to seek professional advice.

So over the last five years, I learned a whole new approach to investing which turned out to be very profitable for me. It took five years, but I was finally able to recoup all of my losses. It was Mike Kavanagh’s approach to investing that made this happen.

Consider this, over the last 100 years or so, the stock market has averaged a return of approximately 10%  a year with many ups and downs in between. So if I could average this kind of return or something close to it without being concerned if I picked all the right stocks (which I can’t do) then I wanted to learn more.

So what will Income Planner do for me?

First, Income Planner is for investors who need income. Investors who have $20,000 to $200,000 in investable assets. Income that is greater than what can be achieved in regular passive investments such as Money Market funds, CD’s, T-Bills, bonds, etc.

Income Planner
replicates the kind of income portfolios financial planners design for their wealthier clients and consists of securities that generate from 7%+ to over 9%+ in dividends and/or interest.

Income Planner diversifies an investor’s money among various sectors of the market and into a range of closed-end stock and bond income funds, real estate investment trusts (REIT’s), energy royalty trusts (ERT’s) and some individual securities.

Income Planner has created portfolios consisting of a taxable bond portfolio, a tax-free bond portfolio, two ETF portfolios for growth and a "create your own" portfolio consisting of a diversified list of closed-end funds.  There are another nine portfolios that were created at the outset of Income Planner in February 2007 and may still be used today.

Income Planner tracks the performance of each portfolio on a monthly basis and will only make changes if something totally unforeseen may occur.

Income Planner has a subscription fee much lower than what it would cost to meet with a financial planner and place those assets under their care.

Lastly, I have much of my own money in many of these investments. I too cannot afford to take unnecessary risks with my life savings.

With this said, please take a few minutes time and review next, "Total Return" under the "Free Advice" tab and consider some of the information I have provided here and decide if this approach is one you would feel comfortable in taking.
