If you remember, we bought into a bunch of preferreds years ago that are still paying me every six months.  What if I used the same ones given that they could be called at any time, but if so, we find one to replace it with?

I don't know what are good preferreds and which ones aren't so maybe you could help me here?

The ones I still own and their current yields are as follows:

CWZ (8.8%), GAJ (9.3%, this is one of mine), KVF (7.9%), MJF (9.1%), PIS (8.8%), PIY (8.4%), PKK (8.5%) and PPSPRB (7.9%).

Some are a little over $25/share, some just below.  We give the subscribers a choice and they can determine whether something like this is for them.  Thanks.

Pete
